राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 27 जनवरी, 2020 .—कृषि एवं सिंचाई मंत्रालय (खाद्य विभाग) भारत सरकार के दिनांक 9 जून 1978 के आदेश जीएसआर 800 तथा उद्योग एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति, मंत्रालय (नागरिक आपूर्ति एवं सहकारिता विभाग) के दिनांक 30 नवम्बर 1974 के आदेश एस ओ 68(ई) के साथ पठित आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 (1955 का 10) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्त्यिों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌द्वारा दिल्ली विनिर्दिष्ट वस्तु (वितरण का विनियम) आदेश, 1981 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करते हैं, अर्थात्‌्‌्‌्‌ :-

.—(i) यह दिल्ली राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होगा। (ii) इस आदेश को दिल्ली विनिर्दिष्ट वस्तु (वितरण का विनियम)(संशोधन) आदेश, 2020 कहा जाये। 2. .—दिल्ली विनिर्दिष्ट वस्तु (वितरण का विनियम) आदेश, 1981, खण्ड 6 में, उपखण्ड 7 के लिए निम्नलिखित उपखण्ड प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ :-

राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर,

ORDER

Delhi, the 27th January, 2020

No. F. 3(34)/2005/F&S/P&C/1317-1337.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) read with the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Food) Order G.S.R. 800 dated the 9th June, 1978 and Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Civil Supplies and Co-Operatives ) Order S.O. 681(E) dated the 30th November, 1974, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following Order to amend the Delhi Specified Articles (Regulation of Distribution ) Order, 1981, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.—(i) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Delhi Gazette.

(ii) This order may be called the Delhi Specified Articles (Regulation of Distribution) (Amendment) Order, 2020.

2. Amendment of clause 6:- in the Delhi Specified Articles (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 1981, in clause 6, for sub-clause 7, the following sub-clause, shall be substituted, namely:-

"7. Any person aggrieved by the Order of the Commissioner passed under sub-clauses (5) and (6) may prefer an appeal, in writing, before the Financial Commissioner, Delhi Administration, Delhi. The procedure laid down in regard to submission of appeal before the Commissioner under sub-clauses (1) to (5) shall mutatis-mutandis apply to the appeals before the Financial Commissioner, Delhi Administration, under this sub-clause."
