— सएलपी(सी) सं. 28805/2019 में भारत क माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश दिनांक 17.12.2019 एवं डब्ल्यूपी(सी) सं. 747/2018 में दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा पारित निर्णय दिनांक 28.08.2019 क संदर्भ में एवं अद्यतन यथासंशोधित दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के नियम 12 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से, श्री मनीष शर्मा, दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक परीक्षा-2015 के लिए सामान्य श्रेणी के एक उम्मीदवार क, स्थायी पद पर, अस्थायी रूप से उनके कार्यभार सम्भालने की तिथि से दो वर्षों की परिवीक्षा पर, दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा क सदस्य क रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं।
श्री मनीष शर्मा की नियुिक्त पदभार संभालने से पहले दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के नियम 26 के अनुसार उन्हें आवश्यक रूप से चिकित्सकीय रूप से फिट घषित किए जाने एवं उनके चरित्र पूर्ववृत्तों के सत्यापन के आधीन होगी।

Delhi, the 19th March, 2020
No. F. 6/21/2017-Judl./Suptlaw/421-427.—In terms of orders dated 17.12.2019 passed in SLP(C) No. 28805/2019 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and judgment dated 28.08.2019 passed in WP(C) No. 747/2018 by the High Court of Delhi and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule 12 of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970, as amended up to date, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint Mr. Manish Sharma, a General category candidate for Delhi Higher Judicial Examination-2015, as member of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service against permanent post in temporary capacity on probation period of two years w.e.f. the date the officer assumes the charge of office.
The appointment of Mr. Manish Sharma shall be subject to he being declared medically fit as required by Rule 26 of Delhi Higher Judicial Services Rules, 1970 and verification of his character and antecedents before he is allowed to take over.
