राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 24 मार्च, 2020 (66) cons2law/56-63 राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधानसभा के निम्नलिखित अधिनियम ने उप-राज्यपाल की सहमति दिनांक 24 मार्च, 2020 को प्राप्त कर ली है और इसे जन साधारण की जानकारी के लिये प्रकाशित किया जाता है :-

[र्24 मार्च, 2020] वर्ष 2019-2020 से संबंधित कार्यों के लिए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि से भुगतान प्राधिकृत करने तथा कुछ और राशि का विनियोजन करने के लिए एक विधेयक

भारत गणराज्य के इकहत्तरवें वर्ष में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधान सभा द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में यह अधिनियमित हो :-

	1.	इस अधिनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम दिल्ली विनियोग (संंख्या 1) अधिनियम 2020 है।
`	2.	राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त राशि जो अनुसूची के कालम (5) में विनिर्दिष्ट से अधिक नहीं, जो कुछ प्रभारों की अदायगी के लिए की कुल राशि के बराबर है, जो अनुसूची के कालम (2) मेें विनिर्दिष्ट कार्यो के सम्बन्ध में वर्ष 2019-2020 की अवधि के दौरान भुगतान के रूप में प्रयुक्त होंगी।
	3.	इस अधिनियम द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त किए जाने के लिए प्राधिकृत राशि उक्त अवधि के सम्बन्ध में अनुसूची में उल्लिखित कार्यों और उद्देश्यों के लिए विनियोजित की जायेगी।

Delhi, the 24th March, 2020

No. F.14(66)/LA-2020/cons2law/56-63.—The following Act of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi received the assent of the Lt. Governor of Delhi on the 24th March, 2020 and is hereby published for general information:-

"THE DELHI APPROPRIATION (NO.1) ACT, 2020

(DELHI ACT 01 OF 2020)

(As passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the 23rd March, 2020 )

[24th March, 2020] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the services in respect of the financial year 2019-2020 .

BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Seventy First Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Short title.	1.	This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No. 1) Act, 2020.
Issue of from `16,08,15,000/- and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the financial year 2019-2020.	2.	From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, there may be paid and applied further sums not exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule, amounting in the aggregate to the sum of Rupees Sixteen Crore Eight Lakh and Fifteen Thousand Only towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the financial year 2019-2020 in respect of the services specified in column (2) of the Schedule.
Appropriation.	3.	The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
