राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 31 मार्च, 2020—दिल्ली जल बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1998 की धारा 03 की उपधारा (2) तथा (5) के खंड (iv) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए माननीय मंत्री (शहरी विकास) राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली एतद्‌द्वारा नगर निगमों के संबंधित मेयर द्वारा मनोनीत पार्षदों को इस सरकार द्वारा दिनांक 6 अप्रैल, 1998 की अधिसूचना सं. फा. 16 (1)/ श.वि./दि.ज.बो./98-99/4199 तथा दिनांक 26 अप्रैल, 2013 की अधिसूचना सं. 14(11)/ एलए-2012/सीओएनएस 2एलएडब्ल्यू/45 द्वारा संशोधित अधिसूचना द्वारा गठित दिल्ली जल बोर्ड, दिल्ली के सदस्य के रूप में उनके अपने पद पर कार्यभार संभालने की तिथि से दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिये या जब तक दिल्ली नगर निगम से उसकी सदस्यता समाप्त नहीं हो जाती, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, के लिये सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :- 1670 DG/2020 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV]

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 31st March, 2020

F. No. 16(1)/UD/W/2000-2001/699-706.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (iv) of sub-section (2) and sub-section (5) of section 3 of the Delhi Water Board Act, 1998 the Hon'ble Minister (UD) of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoints the Municipal Councillors nominated by Mayors of respective Municipal Corporation, as Members in the Delhi Water Board, Delhi constituted vide this Government's Notification No. F.16(1)/UD/DWB/98-99/4199 dated 6th April, 1998, and amended vide notification No. F. 14(11)/LA-2012/cons2law/45 dated 26th April, 2013 for a period of two years with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices, or till the individual ceases to be a member of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi as the case may be, namely:-
