सं. फा. 03/01/एचईएसएमए/2020/गृह पुलिस- II/690-98.—जबकि दिल्ली के राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र के उपराज्यपाल संतुष्ट हैं कि सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली और राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र में लोगों को पर्याप्त मात्रा में राशन की उपलब्धता और प्रावधान दिल्ली राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र में समुदाय के जीवन के लिए आवश्यक सेवाएं हैं। और जबकि दिल्ली के राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र के उपराज्यपाल इस बात से संतुष्ट हैं कि सार्वजनिक हित में, आवश्यक और निर्बाध सेवाओं के रखरखाव को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए आवश्यक है और उनकी सेवाओं के निर्बाध सेवाओं सहित निर्बाध सेवाओं को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए, जिसमें खाद्य निगम तक शामिल हैं दिल्ली में भारत के गोदामों, एफ सी आई के गोदामों, डी एस सी एस सी लिमिटेड के गोदामों में खाद्यान्नों की लोडिग / अनलोडिग और सरकार द्वारा अपेक्षित अन्य गोदामों।, इन गोदामों के लिए खाद्यान्न का उचित मूल्य की दुकानों और निर्धारित स्थानों और लोडिग के लिए उनका परिवहन। इन स्थानों पर खाद्यान्नों की उतराई आवश्यक है। 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] इसलिए अब, दिल्ली के राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र के उपराज्यपाल, हरियाणा आवश्यक सेवा रखरखाव अधिनियम, 1974 की धारा 4 ए (1974 के हरियाणा अधिनियम संख्या 40) के साथ दी गई शक्तियों के अभ्यास में दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा दिए गए अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हैं। दिल्ली की राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय अधिसूचना संख्या जीएसआर 526 (ई) दिनांक 30.07.1993 के अनुसार, उपरोक्त सेवाएं राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के लिए आवश्यक सेवाओं के रूप में छह महीने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से प्रभावी घोषित करती है।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 1st April, 2020
No. F. 03/01/HESMA/2020/HP-II/690-98.—Whereas the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is satisfied that the Public Distribution System and provision and availability of sufficient quantity of ration to the people in the National Capital Territory of Delhi are essential services necessary for the life of the community in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
And whereas the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is further satisfied that in the public interest, it is necessary and expedient to ensure maintenance of the essential and uninterrupted services their uninterrupted services including movement of the food grains up to Food Corporation of India godowns in Delhi, loading/unloading of the foodgrains at the godowns of FCI godowns, DSCSC Ltd. and any other godowns requisitioned by the Govt., their further transportation of the foodgrains from these godowns to the Fair Price Shops and designated locations and loading/unloading of the foodgrains at these locations.
Now, therefore, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 read with section 4 A of the Haryana Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1974 (Haryana Act No. 40 of 1974) as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi, vide Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. GSR 526(E) dated 30.07.1993 hereby declares the above said services as essential services for the National Capital Territory of Delhi for a period of six months with effect from date of issuance of this Notification.
