] दिल्ली, 21 अप्रैल, 2020 II जबकि, माता दीन यादव रोड पर यातायात की सघनता के कारण यातायात के सुगम प्रवाह में बाधा उत्पन्न हो रही है और इससे अन्य सड़क उपयोगकर्ताओं को असुविधा उत्पन्न हो रही है;
और जबकि, यातायात के सुगम प्रवाह को सुनिश्चित करने और वाहन चालकोेें एवं अन्य सड़क उपयोगकर्ताओं की सुविधा एवं सुरक्षा के लिए माता दीन यादव रोड पर यातायात के आवागमन को नियंत्रित करने के लिए यह करना आवश्यक है;
[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2व गलियों पर वाहन व अन्य यातायात नियम 1980 की धारा 21 जिसके अन्तर्गत मुझे अधिकार प्राप्त है, का प्रयोग करते हुए अगले आदेश तक, एतद्द्वारा माता दीन यादव रोड पर निम्न प्रकार से प्रतिदिन सभी प्रकार के वाहनों के लिए एकतरफा मार्ग घोषित करता हूँ, : -
| 1. | कापसहेड़ा चौक से रजोकरी क्रॉसिंग तक | प्रातः 8.00 बजे से प्रातः 11.00 बजे तक |
| 2. | रजोकरी क्रॉसिंग से कापसहेड़ा चौक तक | सांय 5.00 बजे से रात्रि 10.00 बजे तक |
सामान्य जनता के सूचनार्थ इस आदेश को सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाएगा तथा समस्त जिला पुलिस उपायुक्तों व थानों दिल्ली/नई दिल्ली के सूचना पट्टों पर इसकी एक प्रति चिपकाई जाएगी ।
सबंधित अधिकरण एवम् सड़क रख-रखाव प्राधिकरण जन साधारण को सूचनार्थ एवम् सुविधा हेतु आवश्यक संकेत पट्ट पर प्रतिबंधित संकेत को इंगित करते हुए लगाऐंगे।
यह आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा ।
मेरे द्वारा इस कार्यालय की मोहर के साथ दिनांॅक 21/04/2020 को जारी किया गया ।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 21st April, 2020
F. No. 20/4/2003/HP-II-866.—Whereas, heavy flow of traffic is causing obstruction in smooth flow of traffic and inconvenience to other road users on Mata Deen Yadav Road;
And whereas, it is necessary to regulate the movement of traffic on Mata Deen Yadav Road to ensure smooth flow of traffic and for convenience and safety of motorists and other road users;
Now, therefore, I, Satyawan Gautam, Deputy Commissioner of Police/Traffic (Modernization), Delhi in exercise of the powers, conferred upon me under Regulation 21 of the Delhi Control of Vehicular and Other Traffic on Roads and Street Regulations, 1980 do hereby declare 'One Way' traffic movement on Mata Deen Yadav Road for all type of vehicles, everyday, till further orders as per the following pattern:-
| 1. | From Kapashera Chowk to Rajokari Crossing | 8.00 AM to 11.00 AM |
| 2. | From Rajokari Crossing to Kapashera Chowk | 5.00 PM to 10.00 PM |
This order shall be published for the information of the general public in the official gazette and by affixing a copy on the notice boards of the office of all District Deputy Commissioner of Police and all Police Stations in Delhi/New Delhi.
The concerned civic road agencies maintaining the roads/areas shall erect the corresponding informatory signboards indicating the restrictions in the area for the guidance and convenience of all concerned.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
