I VI —जबकि, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल का मत है कि आम जनता के हित में ऐसा करना समीचीन है;
अब, इसलिए, दिल्ली मूल्य संवर्धित कर, 2004 (2005 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 3) की धारा 103 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के साथ संलग्न चौथी अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
चौथी अनुसूची में, क्रम सं0 12 और 13 से संबंधित मौजूदा पंक्तियों के लिए, निम्नलिखित पंक्तियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्ः - " [PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 यह अधिसूचना इसकेे जारी होने की तारीख केे अगले दिन से प्रभावी होगी । राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर,

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 4th May, 2020
No. F. 3(1 )/Fin.(Rev-I)/2019-20/DS-VI/149.—Whereas the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is of the opinion that it is expedient in the interest of general public so to do;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 103 of the Delhi Value Added Tax, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby, makes the following amendments in the Fourth Schedule appended to the said Act, namely :—
AMENDMENTS
1. In the Fourth Schedule, for the existing rows pertaining to serial no 12 and 13, the following rows shall be substituted, namely:-
"
| 12 | Petrol(Motor Sprit) | 30 paise in the rupee |
| 13 | Diesel (High speed diesel, super light diesel oil, Light diesel oil) | 30 paise in the rupee |
This notification shall come into force with effect from the day immediately following the date of its issuance.
