सं. एफ. 3(2)/वित्त.(राजस्व-1)/2020-21/डी एस-VI/150.—दिल्ली आबकारी अधिनियम, 2009 (दिल्ली अधिनियम 10 वर्ष 2010), के द्वारा धारा 81 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत की गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतदद्वारा दिल्ली आबकारी नियमावली, 2010 में इसके अतिरिक्त निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाते हैं:—
1. लघु शीर्षक तथा प्रारंभ.—(1) यह नियम दिल्ली आबकारी (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2020 कहलाएगा । (2) यह दिल्ली राजपत्र में अधिसूचना प्रकाशित होने की तिथि से लागू होगा।
(ii) नियम 154 में संशोधन - दिल्ली आबकारी नियमावली, 2010 में नियम 154, उप-नियम (4), में [PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 (ख) क्रम संख्या 16 के बाद, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या 17 शामिल की जाएगी :—

Delhi, the 4th May, 2020
No. F. 3(2)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2020-21/DS-VI/150.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 81 of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 10 of 2010), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following rules to further amend the Delhi Excise Rules, 2010, namely:—
2. Short Title and Commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Delhi Excise (Amendment) Rules, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.
(ii) Amendment in rule 154 - In the Delhi Excise Rules, 2010, in rule 154, in sub- rule (4), in the table relating to Other Fees (Permit/Pass/Import/Export), – (a) after S.No. 16, the following S.No. 17, shall be inserted, namely:-
