फा. सं. 17(20)/बी.ओ.सी.डब्ल्यू/लैब/06/1202.—भवन एवं अन्य सन्निर्माण कामगार (नियोजन सेवा तथा सेवा शर्तों का विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1996 (1996 का 27) की धारा 18 की उपधारा (1) के साथ पठित दिल्ली भवन एवं अन्य सन्निर्माण कामगार (नियोजन सेवा तथा सेवा शर्तों का विनियमन) नियम 2002 का नियम 251 एवम गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 14 जुलाई 2000 की अधिसूचना संख्या -यू-11020/1/2000 यूटीएल के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल त्वरित प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित सदस्यों वाले मौजूदा दिल्ली भवन एवं अन्य सन्निर्माण कर्मकार कल्याण बोर्ड का तीन वर्श की अवधि अथवा इसके पुर्नगठन तक के लिये गठन करते हैं।

Delhi, the 18th May, 2020
No. F. 17(20)/BOCW/Lab/06/ 1202.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 (27 of 1996) read with rule 251 of the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002, and read with the notification No. U-11020/1/2000-UTL dated the 14th July, 2000 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of Delhi is pleased to reconstitute the existing Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board consisting of the following persons with effect from the date of notification for a period of three years or till it is reconstituted, namely:-
1. Hon'ble Minister of Labour, GNCT Delhi —Chairperson
2. Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner, Ministry of Labour and
Employment, Government of India —Member
3. Five Members representing the Government.
(iii) Principal Secretary (Finance) or his nominee not below the[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 3 Rank of Special Secretary/Additional Secretary (Finance)- —Member (iv) Principal Secretary(Law) or his nominee not below the
