Patel, Chief Justice, High Court of Delhi / Patron-in-Chief, Delhi State Legal Services Authority has been pleased to nominate Hon'ble, Mr. Justice Vipin Sanghi, Judge, High Court of Delhi as Chairman of Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee."

निम्नलिखित क सामान्य जनसूचना क लिए, इसक द्वारा, प्रकाशित
किया जाता हैः-
"विधिक सेवाएं प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1987 की धारा-29 ए द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियं का प्रयग करते हुए माननीय कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष, दि.रा.वि.से.प्रा. एतद्द्वारा दिल्ली विधिक सेवाएं प्राधिकरण विनियम, 2002 में निम्नलिखित संशधन करते हैं :-
दिल्ली विधिक सेवाएं प्राधिकरण विनियम, 2002 क विनियम 9 क खंड (ज) क पश्चात (क)
एवं (ख) में शब्द "द लाख" क शब्द "चार लाख" से प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा।
उपर्युक्त क अलावा, दिल्ली विधिक सेवाएं प्राधिकरण विनियम, 2002 में खंड 9 (ज) क (क) एवं (ख) क पश्चात निम्नलिखित श्रेणियां जडी़ जाएंगी, अर्थात् :-
(ग) एसिड हमले क शिकार ।
(घ) एचआईवी (एड्स) से संक्रमित एवं प्रभावित व्यक्ति ।

F. 27/3/2003-Judl./Suptlaw/527-533.—The following is hereby published for general information of the Public: —
"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 29A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, the Hon'ble Executive Chairperson, DSLSA hereby makes the following amendments in the Delhi Legal Services Authority Regulations 2002: —
Amendment in Regulation 9. —After clause (h) in (a) and (b) of Regulation 9 of Delhi Legal Service Authority Regulations 2002, the words "Two Lacs" shall be substituted with the words "Four Lacs".
In addition to aforesaid, the following categories shall be added after (a) and (b) of clause 9 (h) in the Delhi Legal Services Authority Regulations, 2002, namely: —
(c) Victims of Acid Attack.
(d) Persons infected and effected with HIV (AIDS)."

No. 17 of this Department's Notification No.F.6/23/2017-Judl./Suptlaw/1035-1040 dated 11.06.2019, on account of his non-joining to the Delhi Judicial Service.
