17(20)/बीओसीडब्ल्यू/लैब/06/295.—श्रम विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्यांक डी.एल.सी/सी.एल.ए. /बी.सी.डब्ल्यू./02/लैब/1202-तारीख 18 मई 2020 द्वारा जो दिल्ली के असाधारण राजपत्र भाग-IV में दिनांक 18 मई 2020 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, उक्त अधिसूचना के हिंदी रूपांतर में, पैरा 5 (1) मेें शब्दों 'श्री सतीश कुमार पाण्डे, प्रधान, निर्माण मजदूर पंचायत संगम' के स्थान पर 'डॉ. सतीश कुमार पाण्डे, प्रधान, श्रमिक विकास संगठन', अधिसूचना के हिंदी रूपांतर के पैरा 5 (2) में शब्दों 'श्री रामेन्दर कुमार', जनरल सचिव, दिल्ली मजदूर संगम' के स्थान पर 'श्री रमेंद्र कुमार, महासचिव, दिल्ली निर्माण मजदूर संगठन' एवम् अधिसूचना के अंग्रेजी रूपांतर के पैरा 5 (ii) में शब्दों 'श्री रमेंद्र कुमार, जनरल सेक्रेट्ररी, दिल्ली श्रमिक संगठन' के स्थान पर 'श्री रमेंद्र कुमार, जनरल सेक्रे्रट्ररी दिल्ली निर्माण मजदूर संगठन' पढ़ा जाए।

CORRIGENDUM
Delhi, the 27th May, 2020
No. F. 17(20)/BOCW/Lab/06/295.—In the notification of Labour Department, Government of NCT of Delhi no. 1202 dated 18th May 2020 and published in the Delhi Gazette, Extra ordinary, Part-IV dated 18th May 2020, in Hindi version of the notification, para 5 (1) the words 'Sh. Satish Kumar Pandey, Pradhan, Nirman Mazdoor Panchayat Sangam' shall be substituted by 'Dr. Satish Kumar Pandey, Pradhan,Sharmik Vikas Sangathan', in Hindi version of the notification, in para 5(2), the words 'Sh. Ramendra Kumar, General Secretary, Delhi Mazdoor Sangam' shall be substituted by 'Sh. Ramendra Kumar, General Secretary, Delhi Nirman Mazdoor Sangathan', and in English version of the notification, in para 5(ii), the words 'Sh. Ramender Kumar, General Secretary, Delhi Shramik Sangthan' shall be substituted by 'Sh. Ramendra Kumar, General Secretary, Delhi Nirman Mazdoor Sangathan'.
