la-Qk- 3¼5½@foÙk¼jktLo&I½@2020&21@Mh-,l-&VI@168&दिल्ली माल एवं सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03) की धारा 11 की उप धारा (1) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, जी.एस.टी. परिषद की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतद्द्वारा, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के वित्त (राजस्व-1) विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 2/2017-राज्य कर (दर), दिनांक 30 जून, 2017, जिसे सं. फा. 3(15)/वित्त(राजस्व-1)/2017-18/डी.एस. VI/374 दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र असाधारण के भाग-IV, में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, यथाः-

2. यह अधिसूचना 01 अक्टूबर, 2019 से लागू होगी।

के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर,
सुनील सहगल उप सचिव-VI (वित्त) uksV% प्रधान अधिसूचना संख्या 2/2017-राज्य कर (दर), दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 को सं. फा. 3(15)/वित्त(राजस्व-1)/2017-18/डी.एस. VI/374 दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र असाधारण के भाग-IV, में प्रकाशित किया गया था और इसमें अंतिम बार अधिसूचना संख्या 25/2018-राज्य कर (दर) दिनांक 03 सितम्बर, 2019, जिसे सं. फा. 3(25)/वित्त(राजस्व-1)/ 2019-20/डी.एस. VI/390 दिनांक 03 सितम्बर, 2019 के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र असाधारण के भाग-IV, में प्रकाशित किया गया था, के द्वारा संशोधन किया गया है।

No. 15/2019 – State Tax (Rate)
No. F.3(5)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2020-21/ DS-VI/168—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) of section 11 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Department of Finance (Revenue-1) No.2/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide No. F.3(15)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/ 374 dated 30th June, 2017, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Schedule,-
(i) after S. No. 57 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely: -
| "57A | 0813 | Tamarind dried"; |
entries shall be inserted, namely: -
| "114C | 46 | Plates and cups made up of all kinds of leaves/ flowers/bark"; |

F.3(25)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2019-20/DS-VI/390 dated 3rd September, 2019.
