II जबकि दिल्ली की सड़काें पर टैक्सियों के ठहराव और पार्किंग को ठीक से विनियमित करने की आवश्यकता है और जबकि विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में आम जनता हेतू उपलब्ध होने के लिए सुविधाजनक स्थानों पर टैक्सियों की आवश्यकता होती हैं।
और जबकि डी.डी.ए. ने अपने पत्र क्रमांक एफ.12(5)/2005-एम पी/561 दिनाँक 10.12.2019 के माध्यम से सामान्य टैक्सी स्टैंड कम्युनिटी सैंटर, आनंद विहार से टैक्सी पार्किंग साईट सब-सीबीडी शहादरा में शिफ्ट/नोटिफिकेशन के लिए "अनापत्ति प्रमाणपत्र" प्रदान कर दिया है। [PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 नोटिफिकेशन अथॉरटी यानी उपायुक्त पुलिस, यातायात (मुख्यालय), दिल्ली के यातायात नियमों, सुरक्षा की आवश्यकताओं, स्थानीय शिकायतों, इंकार, दुव्र्यवहार, अधिक चार्ज करना या बाद में किसी भी आपत्ति के कारण भूमि संरक्षण एजेंसी द्वारा उठाए गए सार्वजनिक हित में अधिसूचना को रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है । कोई डीएलवाई टैक्सी या निजी वाहन साइट पर पार्क नहीं किये जाएंगे और इस जनरल टैक्सी स्टैंड के संचालक भी जनरल टैक्सी स्टैंड पॉलिसी में उल्लिखित सभी शर्ताें को मानने के लिए बाध्य हैं। दिल्ली नगर निगम/नई दिल्ली नगर निगम/दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण/भूमि और विकास कार्यालय/लोक निर्माण विभाग द्वारा किसी भी व्यक्ति को साइट पर तहबाजारी जारी नहीं की जानी चाहिए। साइट पर किसी भी पक्के या अर्ध पक्के ढांचे की अनुमति नहीं होगी ।
यह आदेश आधिकारिक गजट में आम जनता की जानकारी के लिए और आयुक्तों/यातायात परिक्षेत्रों और जिला कार्यालयों एवं समस्त पुलिस थानों दिल्ली/नई दिल्ली के नोटिस बोर्ड पर एक प्रति चिपकाकर प्रकाशित किया जाएगा। यह आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा ।
मेरे द्वारा इस कार्यालय की मोहर के साथ दिनाँक 29/05/2020 को जारी किया गया ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th June, 2020
F. No.20/04/2003/HP-II/2039.—Whereas, the halting and parking of the taxis on the roads of Delhi needs to be properly regulated and whereas taxies are required to be parked at convenient places for being available to general public in various areas;
And whereas, D.D.A has granted "No Objection Certificate" vide their letter No. F.12(5)/2005-MP/561 dated 10.12.2019 for shifting/notification of a general taxi stand from Community Centre at Anand Vihar to taxi parking site Sub-CBD Shahdara.
Now, therefore, I, Satyawan Gautam, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic (Hdqrs.), Delhi in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Regulation 3 of the Delhi Control of vehicular and Other Traffic on Road and Street Regulations, 1980, do hereby order that a General Taxi Stand/free taxi parking site shall be used as General Taxi Stand/Free Taxi parking site for parking of five DLT taxies at Sub-CBD, Shahdara is notified on temporary basis.
The notifying authority i.e. Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic (Hdqrs.), Delhi reserves the right to cancel the notification subsequently in public interest, for reasons of traffic regulations, requirements of security, local complaints, refusal, misbehavior, over charging or any subsequent objection raised by the land owning agency etc. No DLY Taxi or private vehicles shall be parked at the site and operators of this General Taxi Stand are also bound to obey all the conditions mentioned in the General Taxi Stand Policy. MCD/NDMC/DDA/L&DO/PWD should not issue tehbazari on the site to any individual. No pucca or semi pucca structure shall be allowed on the site.
This order shall be published for information of the general public in the official gazette and by affixing a copy on the notice board of the offices of all DCsP/Traffic Ranges and Districts and all Police Stations in Delhi/New Delhi.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
