सं.फा. 3(7)/वित्त (राजस्व-I)/2020-21/डी.एस. VI/169.—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली, के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 3) की धारा 148 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, परिषद की सिफारिशों पर दिल्ली सरकार के वित्त विभाग (राजस्व-I) अधिसूचना संख्या 21/2019- राज्य कर, तारीख 17 अक्टूबर, 2019, जो दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग IV, में सं०फा० 03(73)/वित्त(राज०-I)/2019-2020/डी.एस.-VI/490, तारीख 17 अक्टूबर, 2019 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते है, अर्थात्‌ः-

उक्त अधिसूचना में, पैरा 2 में, परंतुक में "31 जुलाई, 2019" अंकों, अक्षरों और शब्दों के स्थान पर "31 अगस्त, 2019" अंक, अक्षर और शब्द रखे जाएंगे।

2 यह अधिसूचना 29 जुलाई, 2019 से लागू होगी ।राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर, सुनील सहगल, उप सचिव उप सचिव-VI (वित्त) 2443 DG/2020 (1) [PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 टिप्पणः मूल अधिसूचना सं. 21/2019-राज्य कर, तारीख 17 अक्टूबर, 2019, दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण भाग-IV, में सं०फा० 03(73)/वित्त(राज०-I)/2019-2020/डी.एस.-VI/490, तारीख 17 अक्टूबर, 2019 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और अधिसूचना सं. 34/2019-राज्य कर, तारीख 12 दिसम्बर, 2019, जो दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण भाग-IV में सं०फा० 03(85)/वित्त(राज०-I)/2019 -2020/डी.एस.-VI/612 तारीख 12 दिसम्बर, 2019, के द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी, द्वारा इसमें पश्चात्‌वर्ती संशोधन किया गया था।

No. F. 3(7)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2020-21/DS-VI/169.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Department of Finance (Revenue–I), No. 21/2019-State Tax, dated the 17th October, 2019, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, Vide No. F.3(73)/Fin.(Rev- I)/2019-20/ DS-VI/490, dated the 17th October, 2019, namely:–

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in the proviso, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of July, 2019", the figures, letters and word, "31st day of August, 2019" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force on the 29th day of July, 2019.
