I दिल्ली, 9 जून, 2020

I VI — जबकि, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल का मत है कि आम जनता के हित मे ऐसा करना समीचीन है; अब, इसलिए, दिल्ली मूल्य संवर्धित कर अधिनियम, 2004 (2005 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 3) की धारा 103 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, एतद्‌द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के साथ संलग्न चौथी अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

चौथी अनुसूची में, क्रम सं0 2 और 3 से संबंधित मौजूदा पंक्तियों के लिए, निम्नलिखित पंक्तियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः -

यह अधिसूचना 10 जून, 2020 से प्रभावी होगी ।राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर, रविन्द्र कुमार, उप सचिव VI (वित्त) 2495 DG/2020 (1) [PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 FINANCE (REVENUE-I) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 9th June, 2020 No. F. 3(10)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2020-21/DS-VI/178.— Whereas, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is of the opinion that it is expedient in the interest of general public so to do;

Now, therefore , in the exercise of power conferred by section 103 of Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby, makes the following amendments in the Fourth Schedule appended to the said Act namely :-

AMENDMENTS

1. In the Fourth Schedule , for the existing rows pertaining to serial No 2 and 3, the following rows shall be substituted, namely:-

This notification shall come into force with effect from 10 June, 2020.
