सं. फा. 3(2)/वित्त (राजस्व-I)/2020-21/डी.एस. VI/177.—दिल्ली आबकारी अधिनियम, 2009 (दिल्ली अधिनियम 10 वर्ष 2010), के द्वारा धारा 81 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत की गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल द्वारा एतद दिल्ली आबकारी नियमावली 2010 में इसके अतिरिक्त निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाते हैं:-

1. लघु शीर्षक तथा प्रारंभ – (1) यह नियम दिल्ली आबकारी (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2020 कहलाएगा ।

(2) यह अधिसूचना 10.06.2020 से लागू होगा।

(ii) नियम 154 में संशोधन - दिल्ली आबकारी नियमावली, 2010 में नियम 154, उप नियम (4), में अन्य शुल्क (परमिट/पास/आयात/निर्यात) से संबंधित तालिका-

तालिका में विशेष कोरोना शुल्क के नाम से की गई विस्तृत प्रविष्टि जिसका शुल्क (रु में) परिसर में उपभोग न करने वाले खुदरा लाइसेंस धारियों के माध्यम से बेची गई शराब की सभी श्रेणियों पर अधिकतम खुदरा मूल्य का 70% जो कि अधिसूचना संख्या फ.3(2)/वित्त.(राजस्व-1)/2020-21/डी एस-VI/150 दिनांक 04/05/2020 के द्वारा प्रभावी की गई थी, वह निरस्त की जाती है।राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर, रविदर कु मार, उप सचिव-VI (वित्त) 2494 DG/2020 (1) [PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2

No. F. 3(2)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2020-21/DS-VI/177.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 81 of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 10 of 2010), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following rules to further amend the Delhi Excise Rules, 2010, namely:-

1. Short Title and Commencement .- (1)These rules may be called the Delhi Excise (Amendment) Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from 10.06.2020.

(i) Amendment in rule 154 - In the Delhi Excise Rules, 2010, in rule 154, in sub rule (4), in the table relating to Other Fees(Permit/Pass/Import/ Export), –

the entry in the table with description namely ―special corona fee‖ with fee (in Rs) 70% of the maximum retail price on all categories of liquor sold through retail licensees for consumption "off" the premises inserted vide notification No. F.3(2)/Fin.(Rev-1)/2020- 21/DS-VI/150 dated 04/05/2020 stands deleted.
