सं.फा. 3(11)/वित्त(राजस्व-1)/2020-21/डी.एस.-IV/2.—दिल्ली माल एवं सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03) की धारा 11 की उप धारा (1) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुए कि ऐसा करना जनहित में आवश्यक है और जीएसटी परिषद् की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतद् द्वारा, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के वित्त विभाग (राजस्व-I) अधिसूचना संख्या 12/2017-राज्य कर (दर), दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 जिसे स०फा० 03(15)/वित्त(राज०-1)/2017-2018/डी.एस.-IV/380 दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग IV में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, यथा :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
(i) सारणी में,-
(क) क्रम संख्या 7 के समक्ष, कॉलम (3) की प्रविष्टि में शब्दों् और कोष्ठक "बीस लाख रुपए (किसी विशेष प्रवर्ग राज्य की दशा में दस लाख रुपए)" के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शब्दों, कोष्ठक और अंकों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथा,-
"इतनी राशि थी जितने से कि वे दिल्ली माल एवं सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03) के अंतर्गत पंजीकरण से छूट प्राप्त करने के पात्र हों"

(1)[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 (ख) क्रम संख्या 9क और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात निम्नलिखित को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथा :-

| "9कक | अध्याय 99 | भारत में आयोजित होने वाली FIFA U-17 महिला विश्व कप, 2020 के अंतर्गत किसी भी समारोह में प्रत्यक्षतः या अप्रत्यक्षतः फेडरेशन इंटरनेशल डी फुटबाल एसोसिएशन (FIFA) और इसके सहायक संगठनों के द्वारा या इनको प्रदान की जाने वाली सेवाएं। | शून्य | बशर्ते कि निदेशक (खेल), युवा कार्यक्रम और खेल मंत्रालय यह प्रमाणित कर दे कि ये सेवाएं प्रत्यक्षतः या अप्रत्यक्षतः FIFA U-17 महिला विश्व कप, 2020 के अंतर्गत आने वाले समारोह से संबंधित हैं।"; |
(ग) क्रम संख्या 14 के समक्ष, कॉलम (3) की प्रविष्टि में, शब्द "कम" के पश्चात शब्द "या के बराबर" को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा;
(घ) क्रम संख्या 19क के समक्ष, कॉलम (5) की प्रविष्टि में, अंक "2019" के स्थान पर अंक "2020" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;
(ङ) क्रम संख्या 19ख के समक्ष, कॉलम (5) की प्रविष्टि में, अंक "2019" के स्थान पर अंक "2020" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;
(च) क्रम संख्या 24क और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियों को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथाः-

(छ) क्रम संख्या 29क और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियों को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथाः-

(ज) क्रम संख्यां 35 के समक्ष, कॉलम (3) की प्रविष्टि में प्रविष्टि (थ) के पश्चात शब्द "(द) बंग्ला सस्य बीमा" को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा;
(झ) क्रम संख्या् 45 के समक्ष, कॉलम (3) की प्रविष्टि में जहां-जहां शब्द और कोष्ठक "बीस लाख रुपए (किसी विशेष प्रवर्ग राज्य की दशा में दस लाख रुपए)" आए हों, वहां-वहां उनके स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शब्द, कोष्ठक और अंक को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथाः- "इतनी राशि थी जितने से कि वे दिल्ली माल एवं सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03) के अंतर्गत पंजीकरण से छूट प्राप्त करने के पात्र हों"

21/2019 – State Tax (Rate)
No. F 3(11)/Fin(Rev-I)/2020-21/DS-IV/2.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Department of Finance (Revenue-I), No.12/2017- State Tax (Rate), dated the 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide No.F.3(15)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2017-18/ DS-VI/380, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-
In the said notification, -
(i) in the Table, -
(a) against serial number 7, in the entry in column (3), for the words and brackets, "twenty lakh rupees (ten lakh rupees in case of a special category state) in the preceding financial year", the following words, brackets and figures shall be substituted, namely, –
"such amount in the preceding financial year as makes it eligible for exemption from registration under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017)";
(b) after serial number 9A and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted namely: -

(c) against serial number 14, in the entry in column (3), after the word 'below', the words 'or equal to' shall be inserted;
(d) against serial number 19A, in the entry in column (5), for the figures "2019", the figures "2020" shall be substituted;
(e) against serial number 19B, in the entry in column (5), for the figures "2019", the figures "2020" shall be substituted;
(f) after serial number 24A and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely: -

(g) after serial number 29A and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely: -

(h) against serial number 35, in the entry in column (3), after the entry (q), the entry "(r) Bangla Shasya Bima" shall be inserted;
[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 4(i) against serial number 45, in the entries in column (3), for the words and brackets "twenty lakh rupees (ten lakh rupees in the case of special category states) in the preceding financial year", wherever they occur, the following words, brackets and figures shall be substituted, namely, –
"such amount in the preceding financial year as makes it eligible for exemption from registration under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017)";
(j) after serial number 82 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely: -

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of October, 2019.
