सं.फा. 2(275)/पॉलिसी/जीएसटी/2020/936-46.-आयुक्त, दिल्ली माल एवं सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03) (जिसे इस अधिसूचना में इसके पश्चात्‌ उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 168 के साथ पठित धारा 37 की उपधारा (1) के दूसरे परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, परिषद की सिफारिशों पर, ऐसे रजिस्ट्री—त व्यक्तियों के वर्ग द्वारा जो पूर्ववर्ती वित्तीय वर्ष या चालू वित्तीय वर्ष में 1.5 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का संकलित व्यापारावर्त रखते हैं, अप्रैल, 2020 से सितंबर, 2020 तक प्रत्येक मास के लिए दिल्ली माल और सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 केअधीन प्ररुप जीएसटीआर-1 में जावक पूर्ति के ब्यौरे प्रस्तुत करने के लिए समय-सीमा को ऐसे मास के उत्तरवर्ती मास के 11वें दिन तक बढ़ाते हैं । 2850 DG/2020 (1) [PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 2. अप्रैल, 2020 से सितंबर, 2020 के लिए उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 38 की उपधारा (2) के अधीन यथास्थिति ब्यौेरे या विवरणी प्रस्तुत करने की समय-सीमा तत्पश्चात्‌ राजपत्र में अधिसूचित की जाएगी

3. यह अधिसूचना 23 मार्च, 2020 से लागू होगी।

Delhi, the 25th June, 2020

No. 28/2020– State Tax

No. F.2(275)/POLICY-GST/2020/936-46.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 37 read with section 168 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby extends the time limit for furnishing the details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, by such class of registered persons having aggregate turnover of more than 1.5 crore rupees in the preceding financial year or the current financial year, for each of the months from April, 2020 to September, 2020 till the eleventh day of the month succeeding such month.

2. The time limit for furnishing the details or return, as the case may be, under sub-section (2) of section 38 of the said Act, for the months of April,2020 to September, 2020 shall be subsequently notified in the Official Gazette.

3. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 23rd March, 2020.
