सं. फा. 8/95/2020/गृह पु.- II/2112-2124.—गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 20 मार्च, 1974 की अधिसूचना संख्या 11011/2/74-यू टी एल (i) के साथ पठित दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का 2) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (8) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए सक्षम प्राधकारी निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को विशेष लोक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं । ये विशेष लोक अभियोजक सभी अदालती कार्यवाहियों का संचालन करेंगे जिनमें जमानत, मुकदमे, अपील और अन्य सभी विविध मामले और उत्तर-पूर्वी जिला (पुलिस जिला), दिल्ली के दंगों के संबंध में दर्ज समस्त एफ.आई.आर. या इन एफ आई आर से संबंधित अन्य मामले शामिल हैं ।1. मनोज चौधरी 2. राजीव —ष्ण शर्मा 3. नितिन राज शर्मा 4. देवेंद्र कुमार भाटिया 5. नरेश कुमार गौड़ 6. अमित प्रसाद 7. जिनेन्द्र जैन 2858 DG/2020 (1) [PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 8. अनुज हांडा 9. राम चंदर सिंह भदौरिया 10. उत्तम दत्त 11. सलीम अहमद

मामलों के संचालन के लिए उपरोक्त उल्लिखित विशेष लोक अभियोजकों को निम्नलिखित शुल्क देय होगा ।

1. प्रभावी सुनवाई शुल्क। - रु. 5000/ - प्रति दिन 10 प्रतिशत लिपिक शुल्क 2. गैर-प्रभावी सुनवाई शुल्क। - रु. 1000/- प्रति दिन 3. अधिकतम सुनवाई शुल्क} -रु. 20,000/- प्रति दिन चाहे मामलों की संख्या कितनी भी हो।

यह माननीय उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जाता है।

No.F.8/95/2020/HP-II/2112-2124.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Competent Authority, is pleased to appoint the following persons, as Special Public Prosecutors. They shall conduct all court proceedings including Bail, Trial, Appeals, and all other Miscellaneous matters incidental to and connected with all the FIRs which have been registered in respect of Riots in North-East District (Police District), Delhi or any other matter related to these FIRs.

1. Sh. Manoj Chaudhary 2. Sh. Rajiv Krishna Sharma 3. Sh. Nitin Raj Sharma 4. Sh. Devendra Kumar Bhatia 5. Sh. Naresh Kumar Gaur 6. Sh. Amit Prasad 7. Sh. Jinendra Jain 8. Sh. Anuj Handa 9. Sh. Ram Chander Singh Bhadoria 10. Sh. Uttam Datt 11. Sh. Salim Ahmad

The following fee shall be payable to above mentioned Special Public Prosecutor to conduct the case.

1. Effective hearing charges. - Rs. 5000/- per day + 10% Clerical Charges 2. Non-effective hearing charge. - Rs. 1000/- per day 3. Maximum hearing charges } - Rs. 20,000-/ per day

Irrespective of no. of cases.}

This issues with the approval of Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor, GNCT of Delhi.
