राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 7 अगस्त, 2020 2766-2778 —गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 1 अगस्त, 2020 के पत्र सं0 14011/8/2020-दिल्ली-1 के द्वारा यथासूचित सक्षम प्राधिकारी के निर्णय के अनुसार राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के विचार से सहमत होते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 की धारा 24 (8) के तहत जारी दिनांक 30 जुलाई 2020 की अधिसूचना सं0 8/95/2020/गृह पु0-।।/2626-2639 तथा 30 जुलाई 2020 की अधिसूचना सं0 8/95/2020/गृह पु0-।।/2640-2652 की पुष्टि करते हैं ।
यह माननीय उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के अनुमोदन से जारी किया जाता है।

No. F. 8/95/2020/HP-II/2766-2778.—Pursuant to the decision of the Competent Authority as conveyed by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India vide Letter No. 14011/8/2020-Delhi-I, dated the 1st August, 2020 agreeing with the views of Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi, hereby confirms the Notifications No. F. 8/95/2020/HP-II/2626-2639 dated the 30th July, 2020 and Notification No. F. 8/95/2020/HP-II/2640-2652 dated the 30th July, 2020 issued under section 24(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
This issues with the approval of Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor, GNCT of Delhi.
