I दिल्ली, 28 अगस्त, 2020 I IV .—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशों पर, दिल्ली माल और सेवा कर नियम, 2017 के नियम 48 के उपनियम (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उन रजिस्ट्री—त व्यक्ति को जिनका एक वित्तीय वर्ष में कुल आवर्त एक सौ करोड़ रुपए से अधिक है, एक रजिस्ट्री—त व्यक्ति के वर्ग के रूप में अधिसूचित करते हैं, जो उक्त नियम के नियम 48 के उपनियम (4) के निबंधनों के अनुसार, किसी रजिस्ट्री—त व्यक्ति को माल व सेवा या दोनों की आपूर्ति हेतु, बीजक तैयार करेंगे।

2. यह अधिसूचना 1 अप्रैल, 2020 को प्रवृत्त होगी।

No. F. 3 (33)/Fin (Rev-I)/2020-21/DS-IV/64.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) to rule 48 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby notifies registered person, whose aggregate turnover in a financial year exceeds one hundred crore rupees, as a class of registered person who shall prepare invoice in terms of sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the said rules in respect of supply of goods or services or both to a registered person.

2. This notification shall come into force from the 1st day of April, 2020.
