I दिल्ली, 28 अगस्त, 2020 I IV .—दिल्ली माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (1), (3) और उपधारा (4), धारा 11 की उपधारा (1), धारा 15 की उपधारा (5) और धारा 148 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुए कि ऐसा कारण जनहित में आवश्यक है, और जीएसटी परिषद की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतद्द्वारा, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के वित्त विभाग (राजस्व-I) की अधिसूचना संख्या - 11/2017- राज्य कर (दर), दिनांक 30 जून, 2017, जिसे सं. फा. 3(15)/वित्त(राजस्व- I)/2017-18/डीएस- VI/381 दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र असाधारण के भाग- IV, में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, यथाः
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में, क्रम संख्या 25 के समक्ष,
(i) मद (i) के पश्चात्, और कालम (3), (4) और (5) में दी गयी उससे संबंन्धित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित मद और प्रविष्टियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथा,- [PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2

(ii) मद (ii) में, कालम (3) में, कोष्ठक और अंक ''(i)'' के पश्चात शब्द, कोष्ठक और अंक ''और (ii क)'' को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा।
2. यह अधिसूचना 1 अप्रैल, 2020 से लागू होगी ।

के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर,
सुनील सहगल, उप सचिव- IV (वित्त) प्रधान अधिसूचना सं0 11/2017-राज्य कर (दर), दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 को सं. फा. 3(15)/वित्त (राजस्व-I)/2017-18/डीएस- VI/381 दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 के तहत, दिल्ली के राजपत्र असाधारण के भाग-IV, में प्रकाशित किया गया था और इसमें अंतिम बार अधिसूचना संख्या 26/2019 - राज्य कर (दर), दिनांक 11 मार्च, 2020, सं0फा0 03(102)/ वित्त(राजस्व- I)/2019-20/डीएस- VI/121, दिनांक 11 मार्च, 2020 के द्वारा संशोधन किया गया है।

Delhi, the 28th August, 2020
No. 02/2020–State Tax (Rate)
No. F. 03 (34)/Fin (Rev-I)/2020-21/DS-IV/65.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (3) and sub-section (4) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (5) of section 15 and section 148 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Department of Finance (Revenue-1) No. 11/2017- State Tax (Rate), dated the 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide No. F. 3(15)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/381 dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 25,
(a) after item (i) and entries relating thereto, in columns (3), (4) and (5), the following items and entries shall be inserted, namely, -

| "(ia) Maintenance, repair or overhaul services in respect of aircrafts, aircraft engines and other aircraft components or parts. | 2.5 | -" |
(b) in item (ii), in column (3), after the brackets and figures "(i)", the word, brackets, and figures "and (ia)" shall be inserted.
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of April, 2020.
