I दिल्ली, 28 अगस्त, 2020 I IV .—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली माल एवं सेवाकर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 03) की धारा 148 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशों पर, दिल्ली सरकार, वित्त विभाग (राजस्व-I) की अधिसूचना संख्या 43/2018-राज्य कर, दिनांक 28 फरवरी, 2020 जिसे स. फा. 03(46)/वित्त(राज.-I)/2019-20/डीएस-VI/101 दिनांक 28 फरवरी, 2020 के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IV, में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते है, अर्थात्‌ :-

उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 2 के दूसरे परंतुक में "जुलाई, 2017 से सितंबर, 2018" और "31 दिसंबर, 2018" शब्दों और अंकों के स्थान पर क्रमशः "जुलाई, 2017 से दिसंबर, 2018" और "31 मार्च, 2019" शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे।

2. यह अधिसूचना दिसम्बर 31, 2018 से लागू मानी जाएगी।

के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर,सुनील सहगल, उप-सचिव-IV (वित्त) 3985 DG/2020 (1) [PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 : मूल अधिसूचना संख्यांक 43/2018- राज्य कर, दिनांक 28 फरवरी, 2020 जिसे सं. फा. 03(46)/वित्त (राज.-I)/2019-20/डीएस-VI/101 दिनांक 28 फरवरी, 2020 के तहत दिल्ली के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग-IV, में प्रकाशित किया गया था।

No. F. 3 (32 )/Fin (Rev-I)/2020-21/DS- IV/63.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, in the Department of Finance (Revenue-I), No.43/2018- State Tax, dated the 28/02/2020 published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide No. F. 3(46)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2019-20/DS-VI/101 dated 28/02/2020 namely:-

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in the second proviso, for the words, figures and letters "July, 2017 to September, 2018"and "31st day of December, 2018", the words, figures and letters "July, 2017 to December, 2018" and "31st day of March, 2019" shall respectively be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 31st day of December, 2018.
