राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 25 सितम्बर, 2020 खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 15 मई 1987 की अधिसूचना एस0ओ0 सं0 469 (ई) के साथ पठित उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 1986 (1986 का 68) की धारा 30 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्त्यिों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌ द्वारा दिल्ली उपभोक्ता संरक्षण नियमावली, 1987 में संशोधन करते हैं , अर्थात :-

'' दिल्ली उपभोक्ता संरक्षण नियमावली, 1987 के खण्ड- I के उप खण्ड (2) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्‌''ः-

'' ये 1 अप्रैल 2006 से प्रभावी होंगे ।''

उक्त आशोधन/संशाोधन केवल सदस्य न्यायिक राज्य आयोग के लिए लागू हैं । दिनांक 17 सितम्बर, 2013 की उक्त अधिसूचना की शेष विषय-वस्तु यथावत रहेंगे।दिनांक 17 सितम्बर, 2013 की अधिसूचना सं0 फा0 50(विविध)/एफ एण्ड एस/ सीए/2008/2140, उत्तरवर्ती संशोधन निम्नानुसार हैं :- 4554 DG/2020 (1) [PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 25th September, 2020

F.50/206(12)/F&S/CA/2018/733:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 30 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (68 of 1986) read with the Government of India, Ministry of Food and Civil Supplies Notification S.O. No. 469(E) dated the 15th May, 1987. The Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to amend the Delhi Consumer Protection Rule, 1987 namely:-

"For sub-clause (2) of clause-I of the Delhi Consumer Protection Rule, 1987, the following shall be substituted namely":-

"They shall come into the force w.e.f. 1st April, 2006".

The above modification / amendment is applicable for only to the Member Judicial, State Commission. The rest of contents of above said notification dated 17th September 2013 will be same.
