श -20/9218-47:— किशोर न्याय (बच्चों की देखभाल एंव सुरक्षा) अधिनियम 2015 (2016 का 2) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (59) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) के अन्तर्गत दिल्ली राज्य सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, किशोर न्याय बोर्ड-। में रिक्त पद के लिए निम्नलिखित सदस्य सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता को नियुक्त करती है, जिसके अनुसार यह बोर्ड उपरोक्त अधिनियम के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों और कर्तव्यों का कानून का उल्लंघन करने वाले बच्चों के लिए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में कार्य करेगा।

No. 61(1040)/JJB(Sele.)/DD(CPU)/DWCD/2019-20/9218-47:—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 read with clause 59 of Section 2 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (2 of 2016), the State Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the below mentioned person as Member Social Worker against the vacant post for Juvenile Justice Board-l for exercising the powers and discharging the duties conferred or imposed on such Board, in relation to the children in conflict with law under the said Act for the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
