.— दिल्ली चिकित्सा परिषद अधिनियम, 1997 (1997 का दिल्ली अधिनियम 5) की धारा 3 तथा धारा 4 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेेत्र दिल्ली सरकार एतद्द्वारा दिल्ली चिकित्सा परिषद के सदस्यों के नाम प्रकाशित करती है , अर्थात् :-
