II .—जबकि, पुराना आर. के. आश्रम मार्ग पर यातायात की सघनता के कारण यातायात के सुगम प्रवाह में बाधा उत्पन्न हो रही है और इससे अन्य सड़क उपयोगकर्ताओं को असुविधा उत्पन्न हो रही है;

और जबकि, यातायात के सुगम प्रवाह को सुनिश्चित करने और वाहन चालकोेें एवं अन्य सड़क उपयोगकर्ताओं की सुविधा एवं सुरक्षा के लिए पुराना आर. के. आश्रम मार्ग पर यातायात के आवागमन को नियंत्रित करने के लिए यह करना आवश्यक है;

अतः मैं, सत्यवान गौतम, उपायुक्त पुलिस, यातायात (आधुनिकीकरण) दिल्ली, दिल्ली में सड़कों व गलियों पर वाहन वअन्य यातायात नियम 1980 की धारा 21 जिसके अन्तर्गत मुझे अधिकार प्राप्त है, का प्रयोग करते हुए अगले आदेश तक, एतद्‌ द्वारा पुराना आर. के. आश्रम मार्ग पर शेख मुजीब-उर-रहमान मार्ग की तरफ, टी-पॉईंट काली बाड़ी मार्ग/पुराना आर. के. आश्रम मार्ग से शेख मुजीब-उर-रहमान मार्ग तक प्रतिदिन प्रातः 7.00 बजे से रात्रि 5.00 बजे तक सभी प्रकार के वाहनों के लिए एकतरफा मार्ग घोषित करता हूॅं । 4908 DG/2020 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] सामान्य जनता के सूचनार्थ इस आदेश को सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाएगा तथा समस्त जिला पुलिस उपायुक्तों व थानों दिल्ली/नई दिल्ली के सूचना पट्‌टों पर इसकी एक प्रति चिपकाई जाएगी । सबंधित अधिकरण एवम्‌ सड़क रख-रखाव प्राधिकरण जन साधारण को सूचनार्थ एवम्‌ सुविधा हेतु आवश्यक संकेत पट्‌ट पर प्रतिबंधित संकेत को इंगित करते हुए लगाऐंगे।

यह आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा ।

Delhi, the 14th October, 2020

F. No. 20/4/2003/HP-II/4660.—Whereas, heavy flow of traffic is causing obstruction in smooth flow of traffic and inconvenience to other road users on Old R.K. Ashram Marg;

And whereas, it is necessary to regulate the movement of traffic on Old R.K. Ashram Marg to ensure smooth flow of traffic and for convenience and safety of motorists and other road users;

Now, therefore, I, Satyawan Gautam, Deputy Commissioner of Police/Traffic (Modernization), Delhi in exercise of the powers, conferred upon me under Regulation 21 of the Delhi Control of Vehicular and Other Traffic on Roads and Street Regulations, 1980 do hereby declare 'One Way' traffic movement on Old R.K. Ashram Marg towards Sheikh Mujib-Ur-Rehman Marg from T-Point Kali Bari Marg / Old R.K. Ashram Marg to Sheikh Mujib-Ur-Rehman Marg for all type of vehicles, everyday from 7.00 AM to 5.00 PM, till further orders.

This order shall be published for the information of the general public in the official gazette and by affixing a copy on the notice boards of the office of all District Deputy Commissioner of Police and all Police Stations in Delhi/New Delhi.

The concerned civic road agencies maintaining the roads/areas shall erect the corresponding informatory signboards indicating the restrictions in the area for the guidance and convenience of all concerned.

This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
