राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 2 नवम्बर, 2020 दिल्ली सहकारी समितियां अधिनियम, 2003 (2004 का दिल्ली अधिनियम-3) की धारा 114 की उपधारा (1) तथा (2) तथा दिल्ली सहकारी समितियॉ अधिनियम, 2003 द्वारा पठित नियम 3, 4, 9, एवं 10 और दिल्ली सहकारी न्यायाधिकरण नियम, 2006 राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए श्री आलोक अग्रवाल, सेवानिवृत, (दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायालय सेवाएँ) को दिल्ली सहकारी न्यायाधिकरण के अध्यक्ष के रूप में दिनांक 02.11.2020 से तीन वर्ष के लिए पुनर्नियुक्ति के आधार पर पद ग्रहण करने की तिथि से नियुक्त किया जाता हैै। सेवा की अन्य शर्ते वह होंगी, जो दिल्ली सहकारी न्यायाधिकरण नियम, 2006 में दी गई हैं।

No. F. 47/Policy/RCS/2012/243/177.—In the exercise of powers conferred by sub sections (1) and (2) of section 114 of The Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 2003 (Delhi Act No. 03 of 2004) and read with Rules 3, 4, 9 and 10 of the Delhi Co-operative Tribunal Rules, 2006, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints Sh. Alok Aggarwal (Retired) DHJS as Chairman of Delhi Co-operative Tribunal w.e.f. 02.11.2020 on re-employment basis. Tenure will be for a total period of 03 (Three) years with effect from the date he takes over the charge of Delhi Co-operative Tribunal as Chairman. Other terms and conditions of service shall be as envisaged in the Delhi Co-operative Tribunal Rules, 2006..
