सं.फा. 82/1153/संशोधित आर,पी,डब्ल्यू,डी, एक्ट 2016/एडी-III/डीएसडब्ल्यू/2017/भाग मि. II/10492.— गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा प्रकाशित भारतीय राजपत्र दिनांक 12 दिसंबर, 2017 की अधिसूचना सं.का.आ. 3870(अ) के भाग II नियम 3 उपनियम (ii) के साथ पठित विकलांगजन अधिकार अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 49) की धारा 101 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरािर एतत्‌ द्वारा दिल्ली विकलांगजन अधिकार नियम 2018 में निम्नलिखित नियमों को संशोधित किया जाता है, अर्थात :-

1. - (1) इन नियमों को दिल्ली विकलांगजन अधिकार (संशोधित) नियम, 2020 कहा

जायेगा।

(2) ये नियम दिल्ली राजपत्र में अंतिम रूप से प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रवत्त होंगे।5405 DG/2020 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] 2. दिल्ली विकलांगजन अधिकार नियम 2018 में, नियम 42 उपनियम (3), को निम्नलिखित उपनियम से प्रस्थापित किया जायेगा अर्थात :-

- मुख्य सचिव या मुख्य सचिव द्वारा मनोनीत अतिरिक्त मुख्य " सचिव/प्रधान सचिव/सचिव की अध्यक्षता में तलाश एवं चयन समिति का गठन किया जायेगा, जिसमें प्रधान सचिव/सचिव, समाज कल्याण, प्रधान सचिव/सचिव, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण, मण्डलीय आयुक्त और प्रधान सचिव/सचिव, शिक्षा शामिल होंगे। "

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 5th November, 2020

F.No. 82/1153/Amend.RPwD Act 2016/AD-III/DSW/2017/Pt. Fl.-II/10492.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 101 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (49 of 2016), read with notification number S.O.3870 (E) dated 12th December, 2017 published in Part-II Section 3, sub-section-II of Gazette of India, Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby makes the following rules to amend the Delhi Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules 2018:-

1. Short title and Commencement.-(1) These rules may be called Delhi Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Amendment) Rules 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.

2. In the Delhi Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rule 2018, for rule 42 sub-rule (3), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"Composition of the Search-cum-Selection Committee. - The Search – cum - Selection Committee shall be headed by the Chief Secretary or his nominee from among the Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretaries/Secretaries and shall consist of Principal Secretary/Secretary Social Welfare, Principal Secretary/Secretary Health & Family Welfare, Divisional Commissioner and Principal Secretary/Secretary, Education".
