F.1 (1)/Admn./DMC/2017/509-520.— दिल्ली अल्पसंख्यक आयोग अधिनियम 1999 (2000 का दिल्ली अधिनियम संख्या 1), की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल ने श्री अजीत पाल सिंह बिंद्रा, निवासी डी-154, अजय एंक्लेव, तिलक नगर, नई दिल्ली-110018 को उपरोक्त अधिनियम के तहत उसे सौंपी गयी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने और उसे सौंपे गए कार्य करने के लिए दिल्ली अल्पसंख्यक आयोग के सदस्य (पूर्ण कालिक) के रूप में नामित करते हैं।

उपरोक्त सदस्य की सेवाओं के कार्यालय और शर्तों का कार्य अधिनियम और नियम 3 की धारा 4 और दिल्ली अल्पसंख्यक आयोग के नियम, 2000 के नियम 4 के अनुसार प्रदान कियी जाएगा।राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश से तथा उनके नाम पर संजीव खरवार, प्रधान सचिव (राजस्व)-सह-मंडलीय आयुक्त 5796 DG/2020 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] OFFICE OF THE PR. NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 26th November, 2020

No.F.1 (1)/Admn./DMC/2017/509-520.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of Delhi Minorities Commission Act 1999, (Delhi Act No. 1 of 2000), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby nominates Sh. Ajit Pal Singh Bindra, R/o D-154, Ajay Enclave, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018, as Member (Full Time) of the Delhi Minorities Commission to exercise the powers conferred on and to perform the functions assigned to it under the aforesaid Act.

The term of office and conditions of services of the said Member shall be as provided under Section 4 of the Act and Rule 3 and Rule 4 of the Delhi Minorities Commission Rules, 2000.
