राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली मोटर वाहन अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का 59) की धारा 89 की उपधारा (2), धारा 2 के खण्ड (41) के साथ पठित द्‌्‌वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सहर्श तत्काल प्रभाव से राज्य परिवहन अपील न्यायाधिकरण सम्पूर्ण राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के लिए गठन करते हैं जिसमें श्री दिलबाग सिंह पूनिया, सेवानिवृत्त अधिकारी, उच्च न्यायिक सेवाए तथा अधिसूचना संख्या एफ 4(354) जीओसी/ईडीएन/2014/8201-8212 दिनांक 21-06-2019 के द्वारा पीठासीन अधिकारी, दिल्ली स्कूल ट्रिब्यूनल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार होगें।

No. F. 10(118)/AS/STA/Tpt./2013/ 72939.—In exercise of power conferred by Sub Section (2) of Section 89 read with clause (41) of Section 2 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, (59 of 1988), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to constitute a State Transport Appellate Tribunal for the National Capital Territory of Delhi, consisting of Shri Dilbag Singh Punia, a retired officer of Higher Judicial Services, Presiding Officer, Delhi School Tribunal, vide Notification No.F.4(354)GOC/EDN/ 2014/ 8201-8212 dated 21-06- 2019, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, with immediate effect.
