सं. एफ/1.454/गु.चु.नि./2020/7861.—इस निदेशालय की अधिसूचना सं. एफ1/(29)/98/गु.चु.नि./दिनांक 8 अक्तूबर, 1999 के तारतम्य तथा अधिसूचना संख्या सं. एफ.1/(29)/98/गु.चु.नि./883 दिनांक 8 मई, 2002, सं. एफ/1. 62/गु.चु.नि./2008 (ii) 1695 दिनांक 28 जुलाई, 2006, सं. एफ.1/49/2006/गु.चु.नि./1944 दिनांक 30 नवम्बर, 2006, सं.एफ.1/49/2006/गु.चु.नि./811 दिनांक 29 जून, 2012, सं. एफ.1/140/2012/गु.चु.नि./1991 दिनांक 26 दिसम्बर, 2012, सं.एफ.1/140/2012/गु.चु.नि./2022 दिनांक 27 दिसम्बर, 2012, सं. एफ.1/140/2012/गु.चु.नि./215 दिनांक 27 जनवरी, 2017, सं. एफ.1/140/2012/गु.चु.नि./276 दिनांक 31 जनवरी, 2017, एवं सं. एफ.1/140/2012/गु.चु.नि./283 दिनांक 31 जनवरी, 2017, के आंशिक संशोधन में मै, नरिंदर सिंह, निदेशक, गुरुद्वारा चुनाव निदेशालय, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार, दिल्ली सिक्ख प्रबंधक समिति (सदस्यों का निर्वाचन) नियमावली, 1974 के नियम 14 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए घोषितकरता हूँ I 6154 DG/2020 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] (i) 'मोमबत्ती' चिन्ह 'पंथिक अकाली लहर(पंजीकृ त)' मान्यता प्राप्त धार्मिक पार्टी को दिल्ली सिक्ख गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक समिति के चुनाव हेतु आरक्षित चिन्ह 2. तदानुसार, अधिसूचनाओ में निम्लिखित संशोधन किया जाता है :-

(i) सूची 'ख' – मुक्त चुनाव चिन्ह में से, अंक और शब्द '24. मोमबत्ती' हटा दिया गया है ।

(ii) सूची 'क' – आरक्षित चिन्ह में, अंक और शब्द '6. मोमबत्ती' जोड़ दिया गया है ।

No. F.1/454/DGE/2020/7861.—In continuation to this Directorate Notification No. F.1(29)/98-DGE dated 08.10.1999 and in partial modification of Notification No.F.29/98/DGE/883 dated 08.05.2002, F.1/62/DGE/2008/(ii)1695 dated 28.07.2006, No.F.1/49/2006/DGE/1944 dated 30.11.2006, No.F.1/49/2006/DGE/811 dated 29.06.2012, No.F.1/140/2012/DGE/1991 dated 26.12.2012, No.F.1/140/2012/DGE/2022 dated 27.12.2012, No.F.1/140/2012/DGE/215 dated 27.01.2017, No.F.1/140/2012/DGE/276 dated 31.01.2017 and No.F.1/140/2012/DGE/283 dated 31.01.2017, I Narinder Singh, Director, Gurdwara Elections, Govt. of N.C.T. of Delhi in exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 14 of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (Election of Members) Rules, 1974 hereby specify :-

(i) 'CANDLE' symbol as reserved symbol and that choice of this symbol to be made by the

candidates sponsored by the Panthik Akali Lehar(Regd.), a recognized religious party, for the election of members to DSGMC.

2. Further, makes the following amendment in the said order:-

(i) In list B – Free Symbols, the figure and word '24. CANDLE' symbol shall be omitted. (ii) In list A – Reserved Symbols, '6. CANDLE' symbol shall be added at the last.
