राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 23, दिसम्बर, 2020 ( ) ARU .—इस सम्बन्ध में पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचना के अधिक्रमण में तथा मोटर वाहन अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का 59) की धारा 67 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (i) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त उप-धारा (1) के खंड (घ) के सम्बन्ध म,ें राज्य परिवहन प्राधिकरण, दिल्ली को निम्नलिखित निर्देश दिए जाते हैं, अर्थात-
दिल्ली के ऑटोरिक्शा के ऑपरेटरों द्वारा लिया जाने वाला किराया निम्नानुसार होगा-

किराया (जी ़पी ़एस ़/जी ़पी ़आर ़एस ़/नियंत्रण कक्ष तथा मांग पर ऑटोरिक्शा उपलब्ध कराने वाले केंद्र के लिए 0 ़50 रुपये के प्रभार सहित)
प्रथम 1 ़5 किलोमीटर के लिए 25 रुपये (मीटर डाउन करके)े तथा उसके पश्चात प्रत्येक अतिरिक्त किलोमीटर के लिए 9.50 रुपये 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] रात्रि प्रभार (ख) ़ किराये का 25 प्रतिशत (रात्रि 11 ़00 बजे से प्रातः 5 ़00 बजे तक) प्रतीक्षा प्रभार

प्रतीक्षा शुल्क रु0 0 ़75 प्रति हर मिनट के लिए लागू होगा (पहले की तरह न्यूनतम 15 मिनट की कोई सीमा नहीं जब वाहन स्थिर हो या ट्रैफिक में अटक जाए या बेहद धीमी गति से चले (10 मिनट में 1 किमी से कम कवर करे) 7 ़50 रुपये अतिरिक्त सामान प्रभार के रूप में वसूल किये जाएंगे जबकि चालक/ऑपरेटर किसी शॉपिंग बैग या छोटी अटैची/सूटकेस के लिए कोई धनराशि वसूल नहीं करेगा।
यह अधिसूचना सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होगी।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 23rd December, 2020
No. F. 23 (488)/TPT/ARU/2010/452/1318.—In supersession of earlier notifications in this behalf and in exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (i) of sub section (1) of Section 67 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, having regard to Clause (d) of the said sub section (1) hereby issues the following directions to the State Transport Authority of Delhi, namely: -
The fares chargeable by the operators of Auto Rickshaws in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, shall be as follows:
(a) Fare (including Rupees 0.50 charges for Global Positioning System (GPS)/ General Packet Radio Service (GPRS)/ Control Room)
Rs 25/- for first fall of 1.5 km (upon downing the meter) and thereafter Rs. 9.50 per km for every additional kilometre.
(b) Night Charges
25% of the fare (11.00 PM to 5.00 AM)
(c) Waiting Charges Waiting charges at the rate of Rs. 0.75 per minute shall be applicable for every minute (no limit of minimum 15 minutes as earlier when the vehicle is stationary or stuck in traffic or moving extremely slow (less than 1 km covered in 10 minutes).
(d) Luggage Charges Rs. 7.50 shall be charged as extra Luggage charges whereas the driver/operator shall not charge any extra amount for a shopping bag or a small attachi/ suitcase.
This notification shall come into force from the date of publication in official Gazette.
