राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 29 दिसम्बर, 2020 दिल्ली माता-पिता एवं वरिष्ठ नागरिक भरण-पोषण तथा कल्याण नियमावली, 2009 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित माता-पिता एवं वरिष्ठ नागरिक भरण-पोषण तथा कल्याण अधिनियम, 2007 की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सक्षम प्राधिकारी, समाज कल्याण विभाग, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली एतद्द्वारा इस सरकार की दिनांक 8 जून, 2018 की अधिसूचना सं0फा0 30(673)/डीडी(एसएस)/डीएसडब्ल्यू/2016-17/8007-8075 में संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः- उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 15 और क्रमशः इनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिये निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा, अर्थात्ः-

F.No.30(741)/posting non-official M.M.T/DD(SS)/DSW/2019-20/14190-14216.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section-7 of the Maintenance and Welfare of the Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 read with rule 3 of the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of the Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009, the Competent Authority of Department of Social Welfare the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to amend this Government's notification no.F.No.30(673)/DD(SS)/ DSW/2016-17/8007-8075 dated, 08th June, 2018 , namely:- in the said notification , for serial No.15 and entries relating thereto respectively, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
