दिल्ली, 29 दिसम्बर, २०२० सं०-⁸ (⁹)/⁹⁹/ डीएएम/एम आर/२९१९.—दिल्ली कृषि उपज विपणन (विनियमन) अधिनियम, १९९८ (१९९९ की अधिनियम सं०-०७) की धारा ११६ के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार, सहर्ष दिल्ली कृषि उपज विपणन (विनियमन) सामान्य नियम, २००० में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं- १. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ:-(1) ये नियम दिल्ली कृषि उपज विपणन (विनियमन) सामान्य (संशोधन) नियम, २०२० कहलायेंगे । (2) ये दिल्ली गजट में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे । २. नियम ६ का संशोधन:- दिल्ली कृषि उपज विपणन (विनियमन) सामान्य नियम, २००० के नियम ६, के उप नियम (1), में "एक हजार रुपये" शब्द के लिए "बैठक भत्ता" शब्द के पहले आने वाला और "भाग लेने के लिए" शब्द के बाद आने वाला शब्द "दो हजार रुपये" प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा अर्थात एक हजार रुपयेे के स्थान पर दो हजार रुपये होगा ।राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के आदेश से, संजय गोयल, निदेशक ( कृषि विपणन) 6408 DG/2020 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (DIRECTORATE OF AGRICULTURAL MARKETING)

NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 29th December, 2020

No. 8(9)/99/DAM/MR/2919.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 116 of the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998, Delhi (Act No. 07 of 1999), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to amend the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General Rule, 2000, namely :-

1. Short title and Commencement. – (1) These rules may be called, the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General (Amendment) Rule, 2020.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.

2. Amendment of rule 6. - In the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General Rule, 2000, in sub rule (1) of rule 6, for the words "one thousand rupees" occurring after the words "allowance of" and before the words "for attending" the words "two thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
