- .—दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 66) की धारा 347क की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 14 मई 2019 की अधिसूचना सं. फा. 22/13/2000/श.वि./पा.फाई./3751-63 के अनुक्रम में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌द्वारा को दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1957 की धारा 343 या धारा 347ख के अन्तर्गत अधिमान्य अपीलों को निर्णित करने के लिए उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 347क की उपधारा (1) के अन्तर्गत सरकार द्वारा गठित अपीलीय न्यायाधिकरण की पीठासीन अधिकारी के रूप में सुश्री पूनम चौधरी, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारी की नियुक्ति की अवधि को दिनांक 14 मई, 2020 पूर्वव्यापी प्रभाव से 31 दिसम्बर, 2020 तक प्रतिनियुक्ति आधार पर बढ़ाते हैं ।

No. 22/13/2000/UD/PF/805-817.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 347A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (66 of 1957), and in continuation of notification No. F. 22/ 13/2000/ UD/PF/3751-63 dated 14th May 2019, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is hereby pleased to extend with retrospective effect i.e. w.e.f. 14th May 2020, the term of appointment of Ms. Poonam Chaudhary, an officer of the Delhi Higher Judicial Services, on deputation basis till 31st December 2020, as Presiding Officer of Appellate Tribunal, constituted by the Government under sub-section (1) of section 347A of the said Act, for deciding appeals preferred under section 343 or section 347B of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957.
