कीटनाशक अधिनियम 1968 (1968 का 46) की धारा 3 के खंड (क्यू) के साथ पठित धारा 12 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांकः 02 अगस्त, 2017 की पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचना संख्या सं. फा. 56 (333)/07/वि. (मु.)/1399-1407 के अधिक्रमण में, ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व की गई या किये जाने के लिए हटाई गई बातों को छोड़कर, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के भौगोलिक क्षेत्र के लिए पूर्वोक्त आदेश के प्रयोजनार्थ विकास विभाग के परियोजना अधिकारी (आई.ए.डी.पी.) को लाइसेंसिंग अधिकारी नियुक्त करते हैं।राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उप-राज्यपाल के आदेश से और उनके नाम पर, आर. पी. मीणा, विशेष विकास आयुक्त 6451 DG/2020 (1) 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY-CUM-COMMISSIONER (DEV.) No. F. 56(333)/07/Dev.(HQ)/2693-2700.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 read with clause (q) of section 3 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), and in supersession of their earlier notification number F.56(333)/07/Dev.HQ/1399-1407, dated the 2nd August, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the Project Officer (IADP) of the Development Department to be the Licensing Officer for the purpose of said Act for the geographical area of National Capital Territory of Delhi.
