दिल्ली जल बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1998 (दिल्ली अधिनियम संख्या 4, 1998) की धारा 3 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जिसका गठन इस सरकार के अधिनियम संख्या एफ. 16(1)/श.वि./ दि.ज.बो./98-99/4199 दिनांक 6 अप्रैल, 1998 के तहत किया गया था, दिल्ली राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, श्री शलभ कुमार, वर्तमान सदस्य (जल वितरण) को पुनः नियुक्ति के आधार पर दिल्ली जल बोर्ड के उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंध 3 की उपधारा 2 की धारा (vii) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 01.01.2021 से 31.03.2021, तीन माह तक सदस्य (जल वितरण) का कार्यकाल, एक समय उपाय, स्वीकृत करते हैं। 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] DEPARTMENT OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT NOTIFICATION

No. F. 16(1)/UD/W/2000-01/1628.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3(2) of the Delhi Water Board Act, 1998 (Delhi Act 4 of 1998), constituted vide this Government's Notification No. F.16(1)/UD/DWB/ 98-99/4199 dated 6th April, 1998, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to approve the engagement of Sh. Shalabh Kumar, as Member (Water Supply) on re-employment basis in Delhi Jal Board, under clause (vii) of sub-section (2) of section (3) of the said Act, for a period of three months w.e.f. 01/01/2021 to 31/03/2021 as a one time measure.
