राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 25 नवम्बर, 2020 . आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 (1955 का 10) की धारा 2 के खंड (घ) के साथ पठित धारा 3 के अन्तर्गत बनाये गये उर्वरक (नियंत्रण) आदेष, 1985 के खंड 26 एवं 26-ए द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांकः 02 अगस्त, 2017 की पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचना संख्या सं. फा. 56(333)/07/वि. (मु.)/1408-1416 के अधिक्रमण में, ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व की गई या किये जाने के लिए हटाई गई बातों को छोड़कर, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतद्‌द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के भौगोलिक क्षेत्र के लिए पूर्वोक्त आदेश के प्रयोजनार्थ विकास विभाग के जिला प्रशिक्षण अधिकारी को पंजीकरण प्राधिकारी और अधिसूचित प्राधिकारी नियुक्त करते हैं।

No. F. 56(333)/07/Dev.(HQ)/2677-2684.—In In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 26 and 26-A of the Fertilizer (Control) Order, 1985 made under Section 3 read with clause (d) of section 2 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), and in supersession of their earlier notification number F.56(333)/07/Dev.HQ/1408-1416, dated the 2nd August, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the District Training Officer of the Development Department to be the Registering Authority and Notified Authority for the purpose of said Order for the geographical area of National Capital Territory of Delhi.
