यथा संशोधित दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1957 की धारा 7ख के अन्र्तगत मुझे प्रदत्त हुई शक्तियों के अनुसरण में, मैं संजय कुमार श्रीवास्तव, राज्य चुनाव आयुक्त, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली, इसके द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के परामर्श से नीचे तालिका के कॉलम संख्या-2 में दर्शाये गये अधिकारियों को उनके सामने कॉलम-4 में दर्शाये गये उत्तरी दिल्ली और पूर्वी दिल्ली नगर निगम के वार्डो के लिये मतदाता पंजीकरण अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करता हूँ । मतदाता पंजीकरण अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त ये अधिकारी दिल्ली नगर निगम (पार्षदों का चुनाव) नियमावली, 2012 के नियम 7 के प्रावधानों के अन्र्तगत उत्तरी दिल्ली और पूर्वी दिल्ली नगर निगमों के आगामी उप चुनावों के लिए उनके सामने दर्शाये गए वार्डो के लिए रिटर्निंग अधिकारी एंव संवीक्षा अधिकारी के रूप में भी नियुक्त किए जाते है।

No. F.1(2)/Admn./SEC/Bye-Election/2021/6968.—In pursuance of the powers conferred upon me under Section 7B of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, as amended by Delhi Municipal Corporation (Amendment) Act, 2011, I, Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, State Election Commissioner of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoint, in consultation with the Govt. of N.C.T. of Delhi, the Officers of Govt. of Delhi shown in column No. 2 of the table below, as Electoral Registration Officers for the wards of North Delhi & East Delhi Municipal Corporation as shown against each in Column No. 4.
