- .—दिल्ली सहकारी समितियां अधिनियम, 2003 (2004 का दिल्ली अधिनियम-3) की धारा 114 की उपधारा (1) तथा (2) तथा दिल्ली सहकारी समितियां अधिनियम, 2003 और दिल्ली सहकारी न्यायाधिकरण नियम, 2006 राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार को प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए श्री जी. एस. मीण, सेवानिवृत, आई ए एस (एजीएमयूटीः 2001) को दिल्ली सहकारी न्यायाधिकरण के सदस्य के रूप में अवधि तीन वर्ष के लिए प्रभावी, जब से वह पद ग्रहण करते हैं, नियुक्त किया जाता है। श्री जी. एस. मीणा, को दिल्ली सहकारी न्यायाधिकरण के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्ति के अन्य नियम और शर्तें, जैसा की दिल्ली सहकारी न्यायाधिकरण नियम, 2006 (समय-समय पर संशोंधित) में निर्धारित अनुसार होगी।

No. 47/Policy/RCS/2012/243/25-34.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub sections (1) and (2) of section 114 of The Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 2003 (Delhi Act No. 03 of 2004), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints Sh. G.S. Meena (IAS, Retired) as Member of Delhi Co-operative Tribunal for a period of 03 years with effect from the date he enters upon office of Member, Delhi Co-operative Tribunal. Other terms and conditions of appointment of Sh. G.S. Meena as Member, Delhi Cooperative Tribunal service shall be as prescribed in the Delhi Co-operative Tribunal Rules, 2006 (as amended from time to time)..
