III राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली सरकार के उपराज्यपाल, निःशक्तजन अधिनियम, 2016 की उप-धारा (1) धारा 79 के साथ पठित दिल्ली निःशक्तजन अधिनियम, 2018, अध्याय-11 के नियम 41 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री रंजन मुखर्जी को आयुक्त (निःशक्तजन) नियुक्त करते हैं। उपरोक्त अधिनियम के अनुसार आयुक्त अपने कार्य एवं अधिकार का निर्वाह निर्धारित उपरोक्त नियम के अन्तर्गत, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली में करेंगे। इनके कार्यकाल की अवधि कार्यभार ग्रहण करने से 3 वर्ष या 65 वर्ष जो भी पहले आये वो होगी।

No. F. 82(265)/AO-III/Amendment PwD Act/DSW/09/16265-16283.—In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 read with Rule 41, Chapter-XI of the Delhi Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018, the Lt. Governor, National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoints Sh. Ranjan Mukherjee, as Commissioner (Persons with Disabilities) for the purpose of the said Act. He shall exercise the powers conferred on and perform the functions assigned to the said Commissioner, under the said Act in the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi w.e.f. the date of publication of the notification. The term of Commissioner will be for the period of 03 (three) years from the date of joining or 65 years whichever is earlier.
