(ii) 8048.—जबकि राज्य चुनाव आयुक्त, राष्ट्रीय
राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली, ने दिल्ली नगर निगम (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2011 द्वारा यथासंशोधित दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1957 की धारा 12 के अन्तर्गत प्रदत्त अपनी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए दिनांक 01 फरवरी, 2021 की अधिसूचना संख्या एफ.
4(1)उप/ओएसडी-1/विधि/रा.चु.आ./2021/(i) के अनुसार उक्त नगर निगमों में आकस्मिक रिक्तियां भरने के लिए पार्षदों के उप-चुनावों हेतु प्रत्येक के सामने दर्शाए दिल्ली नगर निगमों के निम्नलिखित वार्डों के उप-चुनावों का आह्वान किया हैः- 653 DG/2021

1 32एन- रोहिणी सी सामान्य उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम 2 62एन -शालीमार बाग उत्तरी महिला उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम 3 02ई- त्रिलोकपुरी पूर्वी अनुसूचित जाति पूर्वी दिल्ली नगर निगम 4 08ई- कल्याणपुरी अनुसूचित जाति पूर्वी दिल्ली नगर निगम 5 41ई-चौहान बांगर सामान्य पूर्वी दिल्ली नगर निगम
अब, अतः उक्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और दिल्ली नगर निगम (पार्षदों का चुनाव), नियमावली, 2012 के नियम 14 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण करते हुए मै, संजय कुमार श्रीवास्तव, राज्य चुनाव आयुक्त, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली, इसके द्वारा उक्त उप-चुनावों के संबंध में नामांकन पत्र आदि भरने की तिथियां आदि, निम्न प्रकार निश्चित करता हूँः-
(क) 01 फरवरी, 2021 (सोमवार) ः उप-चुनावों की अधिसूचना जारी करने की तिथि
(ख) 08 फरवरी, 2021 (सोमवार) ः नामांकन पत्र भरने की अन्तिम तिथि
(ग) 10 फरवरी, 2021 (बुधवार) ः नामांकन पत्रों की संवीक्षा की तिथि
(घ) 13 फरवरी, 2021 (शनिवार) ः प्रत्याशियों द्वारा नाम वापिस लेने की अन्तिम तिथि
(ङ) 28 फरवरी, 2021 (रविवार) ः यदि आवश्यक हो, तो मतदान की तिथि
(च) 13 मार्च, 2021 (शनिवार) ः जिस तिथि से पहले उप-चुनाव पूरे कर लिए जाएंगे।
राज्य चुनाव आयुक्त इसके द्वारा आगे उपरोक्त नियमावली के नियम 29 की अपेक्षानुसार उक्त उप-चुनावों के संबंध में मतदान का समय ''प्रातः 7.30 बजे से सायं 5.30 बजे तक (बिना रूके)'' निश्चित करते हैं।

No.F.4(1)BYE/OSD/legal/SEC/2021/(ii) 8048.—Whereas the State Election Commissioner of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under section 12 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 as amended by the Delhi Municipal Corporation (Amendment) Act, 2011, has called upon the following wards of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, shown against each, to elect Councillors to fill the casual vacancies in the above-mentioned Municipal Corporations vide Notification No.F.4(1)BYE/OSD/legal/SEC/2021/(i) dated the 01st February, 2021.

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the said powers and in pursuance of the provisions of rule 14 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation (Election of Councillors) Rules, 2012, I, Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, State Election[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 3 Commissioner of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby further appoint, with respect of the above-said bye- elections, the dates for filing of nominations etc., as under :-
(a) 01st February, 2021 (MONDAY) : issue of notification on Bye-election
(b) 08th February, 2021 (MONDAY) : as the last date of filing nomination
(c) 10th February, 2021 (WEDNESDAY) : as the date for scrutiny of nominations
(d) 13th February, 2021 (SATURDAY) : as the last date for withdrawal of Candidatures
(e) 28th February, 2021 (SUNDAY) : as the date of poll, if necessary
(f) 13th March, 2021 (SATURDAY) : as the date before which the Bye
Elections shall be completed.
The State Election Commissioner hereby further appoints the hours of poll in respect of the above-said bye- elections as "7:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. (without break)" as required under rule 29 of the aforesaid Rules.
