(i) —जबकि उत्तरी व पूर्वी दिल्ली नगर
निगम के पॉंच वार्डों में पॉंच आकस्मिक रिक्तियां हुई हैं जैसा कि नीचे दर्शाया गया है और दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1957 यथासंशोधित दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम, 2011 द्वारा तथा इनके अन्तर्गत बनाए गए नियमों के उपबंधों के अनुसार उक्त रिक्तियों को भरने के लिए उप-चुनाव 28.02.2021 को होंगे :-

(1)2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] 3. 02ई- त्रिलोकपुरी पूर्वी अनुसूचित जाति 4. 08ई- कल्याणपुरी अनुसूचित जाति 5. 41ई-चौहान बांगर सामान्य अतः उपरोक्त दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1957 दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम 2011 यथासंशोधित की धारा 12 के अनुसार मुझे प्रदत्त की गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए मै, संजय कुमार श्रीवास्तव, राज्य चुनाव आयुक्त, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली, इसके द्वारा संबंधित दिल्ली नगर निगमों के उपरोक्त वर्णित वार्डों के मतदाताओं का उक्त अधिनियम, नियमावली और इनके अन्तर्गत बनाए गए आदेशों के उपबंधों के अनुसार पार्षदों के चुनाव 13.03.2021 से पहले करने का आह्वान करता हूँ।
उपरोक्त वर्णित उप-चुनावों के प्रयोजनार्थ उक्त उल्लिखित संबंधित नगर निगम के प्रत्येक वाड के आरक्षण की स्थिति प्रत्येक वार्ड के सामने कालम संख्या 3 में दर्शाई गई, और तद्नुसार उक्त वार्डों की सीट प्रत्येक वार्ड के सामने उल्लिखित श्रेणी के प्रत्याशियों द्वारा ही भरी जाएगी। ह 0

No. F.4(1)BYE/OSD/legal/SEC/2021/(i)8046.—WHEREAS Five casual vacancies have occurred in five (5) wards of the North & East Delhi Municipal Corporation, as shown below and bye-elections to fill the said vacancies shall be held on 28.02.2021 in accordance with the provisions of section 12 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 as amended by the Delhi Municipal Corporation (Amendment) Act, 2011 and the rules made thereunder:-

For the purpose of the above-mentioned bye-elections, the reservation status of each ward of a Municipal Corporation mentioned above, is shown against each ward and accordingly, the seat in the said wards, shall be filled by a candidate of the category mentioned against each ward in Column 3.
