दिल्ली विद्युत विनियामक आयोग (परामर्शदाताओं की नियुक्ति) (द्वितीय संशोधन) विनियम, 2021 सं. 8(3)/2001/डीईआरसी/ 2501.—दिल्ली विद्युत विनियामक आयोग के दिल्ली विद्युत सुधार अधिनियम, 2000 (2001 के अधिनियम 2) की धारा 61; उप-धारा (2) खंड (एन) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्ति का उपयोग करते हुए और इस संबंध में इसे सक्षम करने वाले अन्य सभी शक्तियों, तथा पिछले प्रकाशन के बाद, दिल्ली विद्युत विनियामक आयोग एतद्द्वारा दिल्ली विद्युत विनियामक आयोग (परामर्शदाताओं की नियुक्ति) विनियम 2001, (आगे "मुख्य विनियम के रूप में" उल्लेखित) में संशोधन करने के लिए, निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात्: -
1. संक्षिप्त शीर्षक और प्रारम्भ.—(क) इन नियमों को दिल्ली विद्युत विनियामक आयोग (परामर्शदाताओं की नियुक्ति) (द्वितीय संशोधन) विनियम, 2021 के नाम से जाना जाएगा । [PART III DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 2 2. मुख्य विनियम के विनियम 15 ए में संशोधन मुख्य विनियम के विनियम 15 ए के उप विनियम (8) को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा: - "(8) स्टाफ परामर्शदाताओं की नियुक्ति का कार्यकाल प्रथमत्: तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए होगा, जिसे व्यक्तिगत मूल्यांकन के आधार पर, आयोग के स्वविवेक से, वाषिक आधार पर अधिकतम छह वर्ष तक के कार्यकाल के लिये बढ़ाया/नवीनीकृ त किया जा सकता है।"

(क) दिल्ली विद्युत विनियामक आयोग (परामर्शदाताओं की नियुक्ति) विनियम 2001, मुख्य विनियम को 6 अगस्त, 2001 के राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के दिल्ली राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग IV, नं. 177 में प्रकाशित किया गया था।
(ख) दिल्ली विद्युत विनियामक आयोग (सलाहकारों की नियुक्ति) (प्रथम संशोधन) विनियम 2014, को 12 फरवरी, 2014 के राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के दिल्ली राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग III, नं. 239 में प्रकाशित किया गया था।

Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Appointment of Consultants)
(Second Amendment) Regulations, 2021
No. 8(3)/2001/DERC/2501.—In exercise of the power conferred under clause (n) of sub-section (2) of section 61 of the Delhi Electricity Reforms Act, 2000 (Act 2 of 2001) the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and after previous publication, the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the following regulations, to amend the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Appointment of Consultants) Regulations,2001 (hereinafter referred to as "the Principal Regulations"), namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(a) These regulations shall be called the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Appointment of Consultants) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2021.
(b) These Regulations shall come into force with effect from the date of theirpublication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment of Regulation 15 A of Principal Regulations.
The Sub Regulation (8) of Regulation 15 A of Principal Regulations shallbe substituted asunder:—
"(8) The tenure for engagement of Staff Consultants shall be initially for a period of three years, which may be extended/renewed on yearly basis subject to maximum tenure of six years, at the discretion of the Commission based on performance of the individual."

(b) Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Appointment of Consultants) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2014 were published on 12th February, 2014 in Delhi Gazette, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Extraordinary, Part III, No.239.
