.-अद्यतन यथासंशोधित दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के नियम 12 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से निम्नलिखित उम्मीदवारं क उनक द्वारा कार्यभार सम्भालने की तिथि से, स्थायी पद पर, यग्यता क क्रम में अस्थायी रूप से दो वर्षों की परिवीक्षा पर, दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा में नियुक्त करते हैंः-

2. श्री सैयद जीशान अली वारसी
3. श्री कुमार रजत
4. श्री सचिन जैन
5. श्री राजेश कुमार
6. श्री सुरेन्द्र महित सिंह 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] 2. ये नियुक्तियाँ पूर्णतया अस्थायी आधार पर हैं तथा अभ्यर्थियों के चरित्र पूर्ववृत्तों के सत्यापन तथा जाति/दिव्यांग प्रमाण पत्र जहां लागू हो, के अनुसार होगी । यदि सत्यापन से यह पता चलता है कि अनुसूचित जाति तथा अनुसूचित जनजाति या दिव्यांग श्रेणी, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, से संबंधित दावा गलत है तो बिना किसी आगामी कारणों तथा असत्य प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने पर भारतीय दंड संहिता के उपबंधों के अधीन की जाने वाली आगामी कार्यवाही पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डाले बिना सेवा तुरन्त समाप्त कर दी जाएगी।
3. उपर्युक्त नियुक्तियाँँ अद्यतन तिथि तक तथा समय-समय पर दिल्ली उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारियों पर यथा लागू अन्य आदेशों/निर्देशों के अनुसार दिल्ली न्यायिक सेवा नियमावली, 1970 के उपबंधों के अनुसार होगी ।
4. पद का वेतनमान 51550-1230-58930-1380-63070 रूपये (पूर्व संशधित) सामान्य भत्ते जैसा समय-समय पर इस संबंध में लागू हो के अनुसार है।
5. उपर्युक्त नियुक्ति माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय में विचाराधीन रिट पैटिशन (सिविल) संख्या 10113/2015 - मुकेश कुमार एवं अन्य बनाम महापंजीयक, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय एवं अन्य, अर रिट पैटिशन (सिविल) संख्या 8132/2020 - राहुल शर्मा बनाम महापंजीयक, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय एवं अन्य के फैसलों के आधीन होगी।

NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 10th February, 2021
No.F.6/19/2020-Judl./Suptlaw/193-199.—In pursuance of the provisions of Rule 12 of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970, as amended up to date, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint the following candidates as member of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service against permanent posts in temporary capacity in order of merit on a probation period of two years w.e.f. the date they assume the charge of their offices.
1. Mr. Alok Shukla 2. Mr. Syaed Zishan Ali Warsi 3. Mr. Kumar Rajat 4. Mr. Sachin Jain 5. Mr. Rajesh Kumar 6. Mr. Surender Mohit Singh
2. The above appointment is on purely provisional basis, and subject to the verification of character and antecedents of the candidate from the concerned authorities and verification of their caste certificate/PH category certificate, where ever applicable. If the verification reveals that the claim to belong to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe or Physically Handicapped category, as the case may be, is false, the services will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of false certificate.
3. The above appointment shall be subject to the provisions of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970 as amended up to date and other orders/instructions as may be applicable to the officers of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service from time to time.
4. The post carries the time-scale of pay of members of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rs.51550-1230-58930- 1380-63070 (pre-revised) plus allowances as admissible under the Rules.
5. The above appointment shall be subject to the final outcome of WPC No.10113/2015 titled "Mukesh Kumar & Ors. VS Registrar General, Delhi High Court & Ors." and WPC No.8132/2020 titled "Rahul Sharma Vs. Registrar General, High Court of Delhi pending in Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
