राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 12 फरवरी, 2021 .—विशेष राहत अधिनियम, 1963 की धारा 20ख के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से आधारभूत संरचना परियोजना से संबंधित संविदाओं के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत मुकदमों के संचालन और क्षेत्राधिकार का प्रयोग करने हेतु विशेष राहत अधिनियम, 1963 की धारा 20ख के तहत वे जिले जहां केवल एक न्यायालय जिला न्यायाधीश (वाणिज्य न्यायालय) है, ऐसे न्यायालय और प्रत्येक जिले में न्यायालयों के वरिष्ठ सिविल न्यायाधीश को विशेष न्यायालयों के रूप में और प्रत्येक जिले के न्यायालय जिला न्यायधीश (वाणिज्य न्यायालय)-01 के रूप में नामित करते हैं।

No. F. 6/24/2019-Judl./Suptlaw/216-219.—In pursuance of the provisions of Section 20B of the Specific Relief Act, 1963, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to designate the Court of District Judge (Commercial Court)-01 of every district; the districts where only one court of District Judge (Commercial Court), such Court; and the Courts of Senior Civil Judge in every district as Special Courts under Section 20B of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 to exercise jurisdiction and to try suits under the said Act in respect of contracts relating to infrastructure projects.
