/ / / / / .—दिल्ली नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 66) की धारा 347क की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उपराज्यपाल, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली एतद्द्वारा श्री मनीष खुराना, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायिक सेवा के अधिकारी को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 347क के अन्तर्गत सरकार द्वारा गठित अपीलीय न्यायाधिकरण के पीठासीन अधिकारी के रूप में इस अधिसूचना की तिथि से एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए प्रतिनियुक्ति के आधार पर नियुक्त करते हैं।

Delhi, the 23rd February, 2021
No. F. 22/13/2000/UD/PF/1652-64.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 347A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (66 of 1957), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints Shri Manish Khurana, an officer of the Delhi Higher Judicial Services, on deputation basis for a period of one year with effect from the date of Notification, as Presiding Officer of Appellate Tribunal, constituted by the Government under sub-section (1) of section 347A of the said Act.
