दिल्ली राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्यक्षेत्र शासन अधिनियम, 1991 (सन्‌ 1992 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम संख्या-1) की धारा-6 (1) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्ति का प्रयोग करते हुए मैं, एतद्‌द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की सातवीं विधान सभा का द्वितीय सत्र असेम्बली हॉल, पुराना सचिवालय, दिल्ली-110054 में आहूत करता हूँ।
