राष्ट्रीय राजधानी राज्य क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI दिल्ली, 19 मार्च, 2021 cons2law/11-19.—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधानसभा के निम्नलिखित अधिनियम ने उप-राज्यपाल की सहमति दिनांक 16 मार्च, 2021 को प्राप्त कर ली है और इसे जन साधारण की जानकारी के लिये प्रकाषित किया जाता है :-

(1)2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] भारत गणराज्य के बहत्तरवेेंं वर्ष में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की विधान सभा द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में यह अधिनियमित हो :-
1. इस अधिनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम दिल्ली विनियोग (संंख्या 1) अधिनियम 2021 है। ` 2. राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त राशि जो अनुसूची के कालम (5) में विनिर्दिष्ट से अधिक नहीं, जो कुछ प्रभारों की अदायगी की के लिए कुल राशि के बराबर है, जो अनुसूची के कालम (2) मेें विनिर्दिष्ट कार्यो के सम्बन्ध में वर्ष 2020-2021 की अवधि के दौरान भुगतान के रूप में प्रयुक्त होंगी। 3. इस अधिनियम द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार की संचित निधि में से प्रदत्त और प्रयुक्त किए जाने के लिए प्राधिकृत राशि उक्त अवधि के सम्बन्ध में अनुसूची में उल्लिखित कार्यों और उद्देश्यों के लिए विनियोजित की जायेगी।

No. F. 14(71)/LA-2021/cons2law/11-19.—The following Act of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi received the assent of the Lt. Governor of Delhi on the 16th March, 2021 and is hereby published for general information:-
"THE DELHI APPROPRIATION (NO.1) ACT, 2021
(DELHI ACT 01 OF 2021)
(As passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the 9th March, 2021 )
[16th March, 2021] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the services in respect of the financial year 2020-2021 .
BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Seventy -second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No. 1) Act, 2021.
2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Issue of ` 891,87,40,000/- from
Territory of Delhi, there may be paid and applied further sums not and out of the Consolidated
exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule, amounting Fund of the National Capital
in the aggregate to the sum of Rupees Eight Hundred Ninety One Territory of Delhi for the
Crore Eighty Seven Lakh and Forty Thousand Only towards financial year 2020-2021.
defraying the several charges which will come in the course of
payment during the financial year 2020-2021 in respect of the
services specified in column (2) of the Schedule.
3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Appropriation.
Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi by
this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes
expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.
